§ 150.18 FAILURE TO CORRECT.
If an owner of a building now erected or hereafter erected within the city, or other person having custody and control of said building, refuses or neglects to make such numbering correction specified in the notice referred to in § 150.17, the City Manager may cause the city to make such numbering correction. Costs incurred by the city in the correction, plus 10% administrative overhead, shall be billed to the owner of the building. The amount billed shall become a lien against the property until paid. The city may enforce collection of the lien in the same manner as provided by ordinance or statute for the enforcement of city liens in general.
