(A) The provisions of ORS 814.140 are hereby incorporated into this chapter by this reference, and licensees under this chapter are required to comply herewith the requirements of that statute.
(B) Insofar as the application of ORS 814.140 to a horse-drawn buggy or carriage(s) are inappropriate, the City Manager may modify the license to exclude the application of specific provisions of this statute to the operations of buggies or carriages.
