§ 113.15 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF DRIVER’S PERMIT.

The City Council, upon recommendation of the Chief of Police, may suspend or revoke a driver’s permit upon occurrence of any condition which would make such person ineligible to obtain such a license.
