§ 153.250 LAND DIVISION-RELATED VARIANCES.

Variances shall be processed in accordance with §§ 153.310 through 153.314. Applications for variances shall be submitted at the same time an application for land division or lot line adjustment is submitted; when practical, the applications shall be reviewed concurrently.
