§ 153.110 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Historical Cultural (HC) Overlay Zone is to promote the historic, educational, cultural, economic and general welfare of the public through the preservation, restoration and protection of buildings, structures, appurtenances, sites, places and elements of historic value to the city.
