§ 112.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RENTAL PROPERTY. Any real property or structures rented for occupancy as a residence or business for periods of 30 days or more.
