§ 111.03 LICENSE FEE.
   The license fee for secondhand stores shall be established by resolution of the City Council. License fees shall be payable annually in advance and shall expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which the license is issued. License fees shall not be prorated for the balance of a calendar year.
