It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership or corporation to operate, lease or permit to be operated or used within the city, any pinball game, amusement device, music box or electronically operated game of amusement without first obtaining a license therefor. Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to permit licensing of devices prohibited by law.
