(A) No entertainment or show given by or under the auspices of the schools of the city wherein the principal entertainment is supplied by members of said schools, and no entertainment or show given by or under the auspices of any lodge, church or society in the city wherein the members are the principal participants in such entertainments shall be required to have a license for such entertainment or show from the city.
(B) This subchapter shall not apply to shows, plays or amusements given in any theater established and maintained throughout the year as a going concern in the city.
(C) No entertainment or carnival given by any county fair association shall be required to make payment of any license fee or secure a license from said city.
