§ 110.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ATHLETIC CLUB. Any room or place used by the public for exercise, sports or games engaged in by athletes.
   CARD PARLOR. Any room or place used or intended for use by the public for the playing of cards.
   THEATER. Any building or area used by the public for dramatic performances or the showing or viewing of motion pictures.
