§ 110.04 LIMITATION OF PERMITS.

No more than five garage sale permits shall be issued in any 12-month period to the same applicant, or for garage sales to be conducted at the same location. Garage sales more frequently conducted shall be regulated and covered by ordinances of the city relating to secondhand stores.
