§ 91.01 FUEL TANKS.
   (A)   All new installations of fuel tanks within the city limits will be required to apply for a permit from the city administrative offices for a set fee. This permit must be issued before installation.
   (B)   One tank only will be allowed per block in the Commercial-Residential Zone.
   (C)   All new installations must meet fire and safety standards as set by the City Council.
   (D)   This section is in addition to any state requirements.
