(A) No person shall allow, construct, permit or maintain a barbed wire fence along a sidewalk or public way. Notwithstanding, barbed or razor wire is permissible for security fencing in industrial zones per standards set forth in Chapter 153.
(B) No person shall allow, construct, permit, maintain or operate an electric fence along a sidewalk or public way or along the adjoining property line of another person.
