§ 73.28 ATTACHMENT TO MOVING VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

No person riding upon any device commonly called or known as a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, motorized scooters, coaster, scooter or any other toy vehicle, or similar device, may attach the same or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon the streets or sidewalks.
