§ 73.13 RIDING ON SIDEWALK.

No person shall ride or operate a bicycle upon a sidewalk in a business district. Any person riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk in a residential district shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
