§ 73.05 INSPECTION OF BICYCLE.
   The Police Chief or his or her delegate, upon request, shall inspect a bicycle and keep a record of its serial number and the name of the owner. Authorization of use shall be denied for any bicycle determined to be in an unsafe mechanical condition.
