§ 70.19 AUTHORITY OF POLICE AND FIREFIGHTERS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of police officer to enforce the provisions of this code.
   (B)   In the event of a fire or other public emergency officers of the Police and Fire Department may direct traffic as conditions require, notwithstanding the provisions of this code.
