§ 52.43 IMPLEMENTATION.
   The City Manager is authorized and directed to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary or proper to carry out the purposes or provisions of this subchapter. Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent the City Manager from seeking judicial or governmental agency assistance to implement the purposes and provisions of this subchapter.
