§ 150.01 INTENT.
   (A)   It is recognized that certain structures in the township are being equipped with geothermal heat pumps. It is further recognized that geothermal heat pumps use groundwater which, if not properly drained, can cause excess wetness or flooding, resulting in undesirable conditions.
   (B)   It is the intent of this chapter to regulate the design, installation and operation of these systems and provide standards for the location and management of water drainage caused by their operation.
