(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) The penalties for violation of § 130.01 shall be as follows.
(1) For the first violation, a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) For subsequent violations, a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
