§ 91.99    PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or other organization, which violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of any provision of §§ 91.20 through 91.29, shall be fined upon conviction not more than $500 together with the costs of prosecution, or shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days for each offense, or may be both fined and imprisoned at the discretion of the court. Each and every day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.29.
