(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall be found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.25 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment. Should the fire necessitate calling the Township Fire Department or any other fire department, the person violating the provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.25 shall pay to the township all costs and charges incurred by said township by reason of the calling of the Township Fire Department or any other fire department, and the township may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction for civil damages, and may recover such costs and expenses incurred by them from such person.
