§ 153.285 FEES - PETITION FOR AMENDMENT.
   Upon presentation of petition for amendment of this chapter by the owner of real estate to be affected, such petition shall be accompanied by a fee. The amount of such fee shall be set by resolution of the Township Board and shall be paid to the Township Clerk to partly defray the expense of said public hearing.
