§ 153.184 BASEMENT AND/OR GARAGE DWELLING PROHIBITED.
   Buildings erected after the effective date of this chapter as garages or accessory buildings, with the exception of a caretaker’s residence, shall not be occupied for dwelling purposes. No basement or cellar shall be used or occupied for dwelling purposes at any time.
