16.16.200: PROTECTION STRIP NOT ALLOWED:
   A.   Protection Strip: If a new subdivision street is contiguous to undeveloped property, the subdivider may not retain a protection strip between the street and the adjacent undeveloped property. (Ord. 07-42 § 2: Ord. 94-40 § 1: prior code § 30-48)
