16.16.040: FLOODPLAIN REQUIREMENTS:
If the subdivision is located in an "area of special flood hazard", as defined in chapter 17.20 of this code, or its successor chapter, the subdivision design and plat must comply with all provisions of that chapter. (Ord. 94-40 § 1: prior code § 30-32)
