15.32.040: ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The City building official or designee may adopt rules and regulations approved by the Mayor to implement the provisions of this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall not conflict with this chapter or any other law effective within the boundaries of the City. (Ord. 17-31)
