15.32.010: BUILDING OCCUPANCY RESUMPTION PROGRAM ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established a voluntary Building Occupancy Resumption Program ("BORP") through which participants who satisfy the requirements set forth in this chapter can provide for the accelerated inspection and reoccupancy of their building after a significant earthquake that results in damage to buildings. (Ord. 17-31)
