12.08.110: THOROUGHFARE IDENTIFICATION SIGNS:
Thoroughfare identification signs, approved by the City, shall be paid for by the developer or property owner with manufacturing and installation arranged by the City at the intersections of all streets and highways and at such other locations as may be determined to be necessary by the City Engineer. (Ord. 17-30)
