A. No building permit shall be issued until such time as the applicant has paid required fees and applied for and received a legal situs address from the City Engineer. The official address so issued must appear on the building permit when issued.
B. No occupancy permit shall be issued until such time as the applicant has paid required fees, applied for and received from the City Engineer an official certificate of property identification, and permanently affixed the official address to the structure and substructure as required in this title. The City Engineer shall have the right to change property identification numbers without notice and with or without cause prior to issuance of an occupancy permit. (Ord. 17-30)
