7.12.020: DEFINITIONS:
The following words are defined in this chapter as follows:
COLLECTOR: The contractor or entity chosen by the City to handle, transport and dispose of the City's recyclable solid waste, or persons contracting with waste generators for these services. (Ord. 16-01)
