No rocks, dirt, concrete, tree limbs and trimmings over four feet (4') in length or four inches (4") in diameter, flammable liquids, explosives, hot ashes, unbagged animal waste, paint, tires, chemicals, batteries, oil, antifreeze, plaster, construction debris or demolition debris or any other hazardous waste or toxic materials shall be placed in the automated refuse container.
