6.08.140: VIOLATION:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing any prohibited act, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a violation hereunder is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 17-15)
