5.08.040: RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT:
The applicant, upon tendering the required fee to the City License Administrator, shall be issued a receipt showing the receipt of such deposit. However, a receipt of deposit shall not be deemed to be a business license and does not authorize the applicant to conduct business within the City. (Ord. 17-18)
