3.56.050: APPLICATION; INVESTIGATION AND RECOMMENDATION:
Applications for reimbursement received will be investigated and a recommendation for reimbursement will be made by the City Attorney's Office. All payments authorized will be made solely from funds set aside under this chapter. (Ord. 17-17)
