3.54.060: MAXIMUM PAYMENTS:
No payment under this chapter may exceed any of the following:
   A.   Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per incident; or
   B.   Annual appropriation of funds regardless of number of claims involved. (Ord. 16-35)
