1.16.010: REWARD FOR ARREST, ETC., OF PERSONS COMMITTING OFFENSES:
The mayor may offer, when necessary, rewards for the arrest or arrest and conviction of offenders against the law and ordinances of the city. (Ord. 09-28 § 2)
