§ 151.40 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

   The Clerk of the community is hereby designated as the community's local Floodplain Administrator. The Floodplain Administrator is authorized and directed to administer, implement, and enforce all provisions of this chapter. If the local Floodplain Administrator position is unfilled, the Community Chairperson shall assume the duties and responsibilities herein.
