(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or construct any swimming pool, spa or hot tub in the limits of the village without:
(1) Obtaining the required permit from the county;
(2) Providing a copy of said permit to the village; and
(3) Obtaining approval from the village that said structure is in compliance with village laws and regulations.
(B) Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $150 for the first offense and $300 for the second and subsequent offenses.
