§ 150.01 INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY FOR ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS.
   The municipality has entered into an agreement with the county for the purpose of issuing building permits and building inspections, as set forth in the agreement, which is hereby made a part of this code of ordinances, along with all future revisions of the agreement.
