§ 130.36 USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN RECREATIONAL AREAS, PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS.
   (A)   Definition. For purposes of this section, TOBACCO means any tobacco product (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco), electronic nicotine delivery systems (such as e-cigarettes), alternative nicotine products, tobacco product look-a-likes and products intended to replicate tobacco products either by appearance or effect.
   (B)   Designated tobacco-free areas. All recreational parks and playgrounds, including Memorial and Young Park in the Village of Murray, are designated tobacco-free, and the use of any tobacco product in any form shall be prohibited hereafter.
   (C)   Signs. Tobacco-Free Park signs or other appropriate signage will be posted delineating the tobacco-free areas.
