§ 92.02 ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL.

An official designated from time to time by the Board of Trustees as the quarantine officer of the municipality shall be the chief health officer of the municipality. It shall be his or her duty to notify the governing body and the Board of Health of health nuisances within the municipality and its zoning jurisdiction.
