Any person or persons found violating any provision of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99. In addition, the municipality may obtain injunctive relief and sue for damages and remediation and pursue any other remedy available to it under the laws of the state or other authority having jurisdiction over such matters.
