(A) The meetings of the governing body shall be held at the Murray Municipal Building. Regular meetings shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
(B) A second monthly meeting will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month as necessary at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
(C) At all meetings of the Board of Trustees a majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum to do business. A smaller number may adjourn from day to day and compel the attendance of the absent members. Whether a quorum is present or not, all absent members shall be sent for and compelled to attend.

(D) At the hour appointed for the meeting, the Municipal Clerk shall proceed to call the roll of members and announce whether a quorum if present. If a quorum is present, the Board shall be called to order by the Chairperson, if present. In the absence of the Chairperson, the members of the Board of Trustees shall elect a Chairperson pro tempore, who shall exercise and have the powers and perform the same duties as the regular Village Chairperson
