The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Murphy, North Carolina, and the Zoning Map of the Town of Murphy, North Carolina, be and the same hereby are amended to include the following described parcels of land in the H-B Highway Business District:
 
 
(1)   Area No. One:
 
 
   (a)   Tract A: Beginning at an iron pipe in the northwest right-of-way of old Highway 19-129, a corner common to land owned now or formerly by Radford Communications, Inc. (Tract Two, Book 739, Page 56)
 
 
   (b)   Tract B: Beginning at a point at or near the northwest margin of North Carolina State Secondary Road 1368, “Andrews Road”, the southeast corner of the herein described tract and a corner common to that tract owned now or formerly by Dickey (Deed Book 536, Page 126)
 
 
(2)   Area No. Two: Beginning at an iron rod having North Carolina Grid Coordinates N = 528,458.51624 and E = 499,919.35650 a corner common with land owned now or formerly by PJP Properties, LLC (Deed Book 1062, Page 696)
 
 
(3)   Area No. Three:
 
 
   (a)   Tract A: Beginning on a railroad spike (found), the north right-of-way margin of the westbound lane of U.S. Highway 64, the southeast corner of this tract, situate by tie line N 49-59 E 1,931.52 feet to a concrete monument (found) and, therefrom, N 41-34 W 36.27 feet from North Carolina Grid Station “MCMAHAN”
 
 
   (b)   Tract B: Beginning on iron rod (set), the southeast corner of this tract and the southwest corner of a 0.94 acre tract, a point located by tie line
 
 
   (c)   Tract C: Beginning at an iron pipe in the southeast margin of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 19/64/129, the north corner of the herein described tract, a corner common with another tract of land owned now or formerly by Cherokee Well Drilling & Pump Company, Inc. (Deed Book 1124, Page 454)
