§ 150.06 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.

This chapter shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction, including Extra-Territorial Jurisdictions (ETJs), of the Town of Murphy and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to the applicability.
