(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The violation of any provision of §§ 34.01 et seq., or of any provision of any restriction imposed by any proclamation authorized by §§ 34.01 et seq., shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
