§ 57.083 ELECTRONIC REPORTING.
   The POTW Director may develop procedures for receipt of electronic reports for any reporting requirements of this chapter. The procedures shall comply with 40 C.F.R. Part 3. These procedures shall be enforceable under §§ 57.110 through 57.112.
