§ 34.15 MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
   The Mayor is authorized to execute contracts or agreements with any other political subdivisions of the State of North Carolina as to him or her may seem advisable, pursuant to G.S. § 160A-288, whereby the parties agree to render mutual aid and assistance by the loan of law enforcement officers and/or equipment in time of emergency.
