§ 53.05 CONNECTION CHARGE.
   (A)   Before a potential water customer and/or sewer customer of the town is allowed to connect to the water supply and distribution system and/or sewer collection, treatment and disposal system of the town, the customer shall pay a connection charge, the amount of which shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners of the town, and a schedule thereof kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (B)   In addition to the above charges, the cost and expense of repairing and repaving all right-of-way and pavement cut or damaged by a connection outside the town limits shall be paid in advance of the connection by the customer. All meters and other equipment and materials used to make the connection shall be the property of the Town of Murphy, North Carolina.
